Noah oversees business growth, team management, and client service, which in practice means he is the person everyone calls when something is on fire (metaphorically) or when the internet appears to be broken (definitionally impossible, but clients remain convinced otherwise). With 25+ years as an internet systems expert, he has seen technologies rise, fall, and inexplicably rise again as "vintage."
Noah is also responsible for making sure the company scales gracefully, a skill he developed by watching everything that didn't scale gracefully for the first fifteen years.
